Job Summary and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation/Exercise Science Required.
• ACSM (American College Sports Medicine).
• Minimum 1 year experience in an Exercise Physiologist role.
• BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), EKG Certification
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills. Medical terminology

Your duties and responsibilities may include:

• The Cardiopulmonary Rehab Exercise Physiologist (EP) is responsible to provide the delivery of quality patient care through the process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of adult and geriatric patients,
• guide patient care, teaching and discharge planning, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
• Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education,
• delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
