Patterson Performance is a premier automotive speed shop located near central El Paso, TX that specializes in the maintenance and repair of sport compact vehicles. We offer a full spectrum of services ranging from general maintenance to engine rebuilds & tuning services.

Applicants must be knowledgeable on a variety of vehicle makes & models, detail oriented, efficient and organized. Subaru-specific service experience is highly desired. Motivation, honesty, and the ability to be team player are necessary for this position. A minimum of 2 years of experience working on automobiles is required.

Service technicians enjoy paid work travel (when applicable), PTO, competitive pay and more. The shop is open 10am-6pm Mon-Fri & 10am-3pm on Saturdays, providing a set schedule for staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong reading skills and understanding of service manuals
• Perform General automotive service and maintenance
• Install aftermarket performance components on various platforms
• Provide detailed inspections before servicing vehicles, and provide recommendations for client's for preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly and knowledgeably to client's about their vehicle's health and required upcoming services
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

We're looking for an individual that can handle a fast-paced work environment and enjoys continuously learning about changes in the automotive industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
