Our Account Executive/Care Coordinator role is a performance-based healthcare sales position. You will be responsible for calling on your current medical relationships and contacts to generate business, meet targets and interact in the community to promote company services. Your primary referral sources will include hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and the community at large. You will identify opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities, as well as execute your territory sales plan in coordination with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service.
