The Leggett Group (TLG) is an independently-owned, established, innovative psychotherapy practice with locations in Roslindale, MA and Framingham, MA that has combined high-quality clinical services with a supportive, smart, collegial environment. The practice offers therapy in a wide-range of specialties, and has a strong identity as being a leader in perinatal mental health, LGBTQIA+ and trauma-sensitive care, as well as CBT, mindfulness and compassion-based psychotherapy.

The Leggett Group has a few openings in our Roslindale location, and are seeking highly skilled, motivated, independently licensed PhDs, PsyDs, LICSWs, LMFTs or LMHCs who would thrive in a high-support, collaborative group setting where innovating together as a team is a key value. In specific, we are seeking clinicians with experience in racial trauma, perinatal emotional concerns, LGBTQIA + emotional concerns, addictions, CBT, DBT and adolescent therapy or have strong general therapy skills and the desire grow in these areas. We are also always looking for people who speak second languages, and are especially in need of providers that speak Portuguese and Spanish to reflect the needs of the communities we serve. We are a staff-focused practice that provides many opportunities for professional growth and essential practice supports including customized caseloads, case consultation opportunities, affinity groups, sponsored trainings and so much more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $80.00 per hour
