We are looking to hire an Experienced Service Manager for our North Hills Chevy location in Gibsonia, Pa.

Applicant must have prior experience of 2+ years as a Service Manager!

Requirements

• Prior Automotive Sales Management Experience
• CRM and Inventory Management Tool Experience
• Professional appearance
• Strong work ethic
• Above average computer and phone skills
• Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.
• Be organized, professional and courteous
• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• Must have prior Service Manager Experience of at least 2 years
• You must be able to explain repairs , while also being able to understand technical jargon in order to effectively communicate with technicians.
• Bachelor's degree or multiple years of experience working in the automotive industry. This is because the role of the service manager requires a comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and engineering.

Job Duties:

• Hire, train, and develop, a top team of automotive sales professionals
• Coach and train the sales department focused on the customer experience
• Maintain high factory CSI performance
• Become a Chevrolet Brand and product expert
• Manage CRM system and Save-A-Deal process
• Customer engagement to assist salespeople closing deals
• Structure deals to maximize sales opportunities
• Support finance department reserve and products
• Manage inventory and lot vehicle merchandising

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
