You will perform duties as an F-35 Training Courseware Developer at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. in support of training and courseware development for the F-35 Training System. Responsibilities include development and authoring of highly technical military training products for U.S. Services and Cooperative Partner Participation countries. Your duties include:

• Develops JSF electronic training materials/lessons.
• Develops electronic instructor guides and student materials for pilot, maintenance and infrastructure training programs.
• Use your understanding of courseware authoring tools and multimedia development tools.
• Continuously revises courseware plans to meet emerging training requirements to keep technical information current.

NGSkills Basic Qualifications:

• 6 or more years of experience in training development
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aviation related electronic courseware development using an LCMS/LMS electronic authoring environment.
• CBT programming experience and aviation training development experience.
• BS/BA degree
• Military training system and/or Instructional Systems Design experience.
• Military aircraft maintenance or pilot training experience.

Salary Range: $55,100 USD - $82,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
