NYC Hospitality Powerhouse In Good Company Hospitality is now in Orlando and is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers for its new venues in Celebration & Winter Park. We are looking for a hospitality focused restaurant manager to run day to day operations. IGC owns and operates several venues in NYC such as Park Avenue Tavern NYC, Parker and Quinn, The Wilson NYC, Bungalow Bar, Trademark Bar & Kitchen and The Rockaway Hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality standards Coordinate daily FOH and BOH restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for good, kitchen supplies and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a restaurant manager or similar position
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable and SevenRooms Strong leadership and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• BS in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
