National Sign & Marketing Corporation is an industry leading electrical signage manufacturer/contractor. Looking for individuals to fill various positions within our company.
Fabrication Department - Assists in the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal signs. Work may involve any of the following: setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal; shaping metal over forms using hammer or hand pressure; operating welding equipment to join metal parts; inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ability to use basic power and hand tools such as grinders and drills in the production and assembly of signs and related components.
- Assists in the assembly of signs.
- Assists in the fabrication of raceways.
- Other duties as assigned by production manager.
- Keep work area clean and free from safety hazards.
- May be required to do simple calculations and measurements as part of the production of parts.
- Properly clean and secure power machinery when work is completed.
- Properly clean and return hand tools when work is completed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for all Departments (minimum qualifications):
- Starting at 6 months experience working in a manufacturing environment desired, but not necessary.
- Ability to use basic power and hand tools and general shop equipment
Experience:
- Relevant: 6months (preferred)
