JLL has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to support our client Capital One’s facilities in Plano, TX.

Please note that we are currently working Tuesday-Thursday in the office, and Mondays and Fridays at home. This is subject to change. You must be available to work on-site full-time if needed.

Here is some of what you will be doing:
Act as a liaison to Jones Lang LaSalle support services and other account team members and ensure the delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Jones Lang LaSalle's performance.

Assist with the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to create
and upkeep work orders with technical staff, vendors, or other service providers.

Support work order completion, closeout, and customer acknowledgment of
fulfillment.

Assist with badging process and process-oriented tasks, and lend assistance associated with all building services as needed.

Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations, as needed and
directed.

Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique
situations

Ensures appropriate follow-up with customers

Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions for
service delivery.

Read and understand the applicable Service Level Agreements, and help achieve the
Key Performance Indicators, and score favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.

Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction

Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers as
required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within a client environment with minimal disruption.

Here is who we are looking for: Professionals with:
A high school diploma or GED

Knowledgeable in Google Suite including Excel and google sheets

The ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations, and plan and manage work under time constraints.

Superior customer service skills and orientation

Strong organizational skills and collaborative style

Preferred but not required:
Facilities management experience is preferred

A bachelor’s degree is preferred

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay $20-22/HR depending on experience
Location: Plano, TX
