Job description
Alliance Workforce has an immediate opening for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Mechanic/Coordinator. This person will be responsible for:
- Implementing and coordinating maintenance and repair needs for plant equipment for the facility.
- Ordering components and materials needed by the Maintenance department including, but not limited to, electrical and plumbing
- Preparing facility maintenance reports
- Scheduling inspections and preventive maintenance for facility equipment including, but not limited to, the boiler, air pressure tanks, fire alarms, and water tests per agency requirements
- Ordering and overseeing inventories for the facilities’ chemicals and gases for air compressors, and cooling towers, welders, waste treatment system, and disposes facilities used oil
Ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or facilities maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pinellas Park, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
