M Culinary concepts, a 2022 Top Company to Work For, is searching for the next fun and enthusiastic risk-taking Rebel. We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician whose passion for Excellence rivals their hunger for phenomenal food.

Day in the life of a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician you’ll be hands on diagnosing and repairing equipment of all shapes and sizes, but their focus is primarily refrigeration and kitchen equipment including mobile equipment. You’ll assist in managing work orders for our main kitchen commissary and office as well as our ancillary units throughout the valley. Our facility technicians assist in repairs You’ll have direct communication with scheduling and signing off on work completed by outside vendors.

Skills + Qualifications:

These are some of the qualities we hope you can bring to the table (pun intended).

1 year related commercial and industrial maintenance experience
HVAC certification preferred
EPA 608 certification preferred
Electrical and mechanical experience required
Understanding of system components and operating systems
Must be able to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and equipment drawings
Computer Savvy, with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Schedule:
