Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges. Located in Viera, FL, this position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for our residential campus.

Education:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction or personnel management required
• or Combination of applicable experience including 3 years supervisory experience and 3 years’ experience in facilities and/or construction management preferably in a health care setting; and relevant vocational course work or licensing or certification required

Schedule:

• Must be able to complete athree-day(Monday - Wednesday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. Orientations are offered in Titusville, FL.

Other Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver's license
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, TB Test and Influenza Vaccine.
• Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
• The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) COVID-19 vaccine mandate requires staff without an approved medical or religious exemption to be fully vaccinated to be employed in this program.
