U.S. Facilities, Inc., an integrated facility management company, is seeking a Facility Coordinator to provide a single point of contact for all building customers and act as their liaison to other service providers. Provide maintenance services to result in functional, comfortable, energy-efficient, and attractive facilities for a high-profile tech company. Ensure safe and code-compliant facilities and site infrastructure. Manage expense budgets within approved allocations and provide monthly updates to year-end projections. Manage small projects per Customer's specifications and timeline. Provide cost-competitive and resource-efficient methods for delivering high-volume and relatively small-dollar facility projects. Ensure equipment database / as-built documentation is completed timely and accurately. Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate a pool of maintenance technicians across multiple platforms
- Be responsible for the Safety and Compliance of the technicians
- Generate daily / weekly, and monthly work schedules
- Be familiar with maintenance crafts to deliver optimum performance
- Manage work orders and preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Experience with capital projects and project management
- Establish, manage &maintain a computerized maintenance management system.
- Initiate and follow through with projects to improve operating cost and efficiencies
- Experience coordinator with strong oral and written communication skills
May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; HVAC or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Certificate in Facility Management required.
- 5+ year’s facility management experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment.
- Ensure all safety and environmental standards are strictly adhered to within the facilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of service delivery, space planning (including laboratories), Asset management, planning and budgeting, Operations and maintenance, Project Management, Risk Management, KPI’s, Sustainability
- Experience in managing OSHA compliant safety programs and maintaining environmental compliance related to facility operations
- Must have experience with CMMS and Project Management
- OSHA Outreach 30-hour – General Industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
- Perform additional job duties as requested.
