Job description

The Facility Manager for Beneva Flowers is responsible for managing the company's facilities in Sarasota, Bradenton, Englewood, and Brandon. This includes overseeing the maintenance and repairs of all buildings, equipment, and grounds, as well as ensuring the safety and security of the facilities. Additionally, the Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all employees have the necessary resources to do their jobs.

The Facility Manager must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Facility Manager must also have a good understanding of the company's policies and procedures, and be able to implement them effectively. The Facility Manager must also be able to work with a variety of vendors and contractors, and be able to negotiate contracts and oversee all construction.

The Facility Manager must have at least five years of experience in a similar role. The Facility Manager must also have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel between Sarasota, Bradenton, and Brandon, and Englewood, we will provide a company car for all business travel.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
