Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at Governor's House, one of Hartford County's premier leaders in Short-Term Rehab and Nursing services seeks the right candidate to join our team as our Full-Time, Facility Staffing Coordinator!
As the Facility Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the Director of Nursing Services to determine and identify staffing needs, plan schedules, and maintain employee related schedule records. You will particpate in the planning process to ensure shift coverage, work closely with department staff to process time off, and maintain attendance records as needed.
Previous work experience with proven track record in similiar position: scheduling, timekeeping or payroll, preferably in healthcare a plus.
Strong computer skills with the willingness and ability to learn new duties and tasks as needed.
