Warwick Family Services is excited to announce newly created job openings for Family Based Clinicians. Our program, which has experienced exponential growth since it's creation..

This is a unique opportunity to join our growing Family Based Program, which boasts a specialized training in a 3-year Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy curriculum, and weekly, individualized clinical supervision and group supervision.

Approximately 10% of the clinician's time will be spent in the office in Bensalem, with cases located throughout Philadelphia area.

Family Based work is comprised of teams of two clinicians who provide intensive in-home family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families at times most convenient to the family. Treatment typically takes place in or near the family home. This is done in order to maximize the involvement and reliance on resources in the natural environment and community.

This position is full-time and includes a generous benefits package, including vacation and sick time, medical and dental benefits, and 401k. Also eligible for individual and team bonuses based on productivity.

Requirements:

-Due to the nature of the position, and the families served, you must be available to work 2-3 evenings per week.

-Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.

-Minimum two year direct care experience working with children/adolescents.

-Must be able to pass child abuse clearance, criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting and a drug screen.

-Driver's license and reliable transportation.

-Required to provide vaccination against COVID-19, or medical or religious exemption in writing.
