MCC Warwick Family Services is seeking a Supervisor for our Family Based Program in Northampton and Lehigh Counties. The Supervisor will oversee up to 4 teams of clinicians providing in-home therapy.

Family Based work is comprised of teams of two who provide intensive in-home family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families at times most convenient to the family. Treatment typically takes place in or near the family home. This is done in order to maximize the involvement and reliance on resources in the natural environment and community. Family Based clinicians take part in a three year training curriculum which teaches Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (parecovery.org/documents/FBMHS_2004.pdf) through The Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center. Three hours of clinical group and individual supervision is provided weekly.

This position is full-time and includes vacation and sick time, medical and dental benefits after 90 days.

Travel is required, so applicants must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Must be available to work 1-2 evenings per week.

Requirements:

-Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field. Professional licensure preferred.

-Minimum two years direct care experience working with children/adolescents.

-Previous supervisory experience.

-Must be able to pass Child Abuse, FBI, Criminal Background check and a drug screen.

-Driver's license and reliable transportation.
