Pinon Family Practice is a privately-owned and operated, clinically integrated and progressive Family Medicine clinic. Our clinical team is a collaborative group of 7 providers; 3 MD’s, 1 NP and 4 PA's. Pinon is well established within the SW Littleton community providing care to families for over 25 years.

We have an opening for a skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with some of the highlighted benefits:

• 4-day work-week and no Saturday’s
• Office closed for lunch daily
• 3 weeks paid time off and all major holidays off
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
• Outpatient office only, no hospital coverage/rounds, no OB
• Call - 1 night weekly and every 8th weekend call
• Collaborative team, not corporate owned
• Licensing, malpractice, CME paid

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a current, unrestricted State of CO license and DEA and maintain professional certification as applicable
• Provide thorough assessment, treatment planning, procedure consideration, education/counseling and documentation
• Treat both acute and chronic medical problems
• Provide wellness/preventative exams and education
• Order imaging, diagnostic and lab tests and treat accordingly
• Refer and work closely with specialists to eliminate gaps in care
• Meet with pharmaceutical vendors, specialists, community resources and quality improvement team regularly
• Assume responsibility for maintaining clinical competence through CME and other activities

Our entire team is working diligently in clinical cost and value-based performance as defined by MACRA/MIPS. We are clinically integrated and focused on patient-centered, whole person care. We are making many of the necessary changes for Primary Care and raising the benchmark standards for patient care, quality and cost.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
