2nd Shift (4p -12:30a)

$250 60-Day Perfect Attendance Bonus

Assemblers use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble large industrial fans (MUST have experience with tools). They can be as small as 2'x2' or as large as 12'x12'. We do custom assembly rather than a mass production and each assembler build an entire unit by themselves. (NO assembly line)

Each Assembler is at their own work bench with a locked cabinet/drawer provided for their tools. Material handlers will provide Assemblers the right parts that they need to complete each unit (motors, belts, bearings ect..) Units can take 20minutes to 3 hours to assemble, depending on their size and complexity. For larger units, a lift table is provided.

There are several basic units built in each department, and after the employee learns those, the blueprints are used mainly for customizations for each unit. The new employee is assigned a mentor who works with them on one while they are learning the basic units, and the supervisor is always available for questions as well.

Basic Mechanical skills are NECESSARY to perform this job.
