JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Manage Commercial and Residential projects from start to finish
• Familiar with plans and how to comprehend specific specs for jobs
• Follows all safety rules and makes sure their team is remaining within compliance
• Able to complete all work orders and ensure they are accurate, legible, and completed in a timely fashion
• Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, shower valves, etc.
• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
• Clear clogged lines
• Repair / replace water heaters
• Repair / rebuild non-functional / leaking drains
• Repiping of residential potable water systems
• Slab leak repairs
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability
• Strategic on-call schedule
• Keep a productive schedule and mindset

PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED:

• Journeyman card
• Plumbing certifications
• 3-5 years of Residential Service Experience
