Overview:

As a Field Sales Consultant at Grapevine Pro, you will take charge of generating sales leads and conducting in-home presentations for potential customers interested in our top-notch solar & roofing products and services. Your main objective will be to establish genuine connections with potential customers, helping them qualify solar as a viable energy solution for their homes and families. Responsibilities/The Impact:

  • Develop effective strategies for self-generated sales, generating leads and setting appointments with potential customers.
  • Provide an exceptional customer sales experience, from the initial contact to installation and beyond.
  • Deliver in-home sales presentations, evaluating customers' knowledge and needs while building long-lasting relationships.
  • Manage the pipeline of activity from prospect to installation, following up with leads and in-home consultations.
  • Accurately report and track outcomes using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Meet or exceed minimum required sales targets established by sales leadership.

Qualifications/How You Will Be Successful:

  • No minimum experience necessary.
  • Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record to pass a driving background check.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively when addressing customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel within the local market as required by business needs and the sales model.
  • Intermediate comfort level with technology, including the use of an iPad/computer and multiple software applications. Experience with a CRM is a plus.
