Summary:

The Mobile Technician will be responsible for completing repairs on engines and chassis products in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Complete repairs on engines and chassis products in the field

· Develop rich customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer demands

· Comply with customer onsite policies and procedures to complete repairs including preparing required parts and tools

· Assist with required documentation, such as work completed, warranty claims and parts orders

· Complete training for business requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

· Technician experience, qualified to perform work on most or all of products in-scope for a technician at this dealer

· Complex diagnosis and repair

· Work with minimal to no supervision

· Effectively train and guide less experienced technicians

· Effective customer service skills, self-motivated, responsible with strong work ethic

· Locally valid driver licenses

· CDL preferred but not required

· Must be a minimum 21 years of age
