MasTec SmartTech Experts are field based, service driven, professional technicians that provide in home delivery, set-up and installation of satellite TV, broadband, DIY security and smart-home products. We believe if you are passionate, knowledgeable, talented you should be paid for it!

Performance based compensation and sales incentives for product sales (i.e. surge protectors, HDMI cables, screen clean). Ideal candidates desire independence in their workday, self-starters and like to be rewarded for daily efficiency, jobs completed, quality work and safety.
