Field Supervisor : Full-Time

Shift: Wednesday-Sunday 4:00PM-12:00AM

Environment: Rover, Patrolling

**Must be 25 years of age or older and have a clean driving record.**

Description:

As a highly motivated and confident member of Armed Force Security, Inc., the Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the Security Officers on the field and coordinating in the entire Operations Team in order to provide seamless and uninterrupted security services for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Complete and deliver timely and accurate reports

* Conduct effective security patrols

* Execute and enforce client specific tasks

* Maintain client confidentiality

* Observe, report and prevent incidents by providing a physical presence

* Vehicle patrols around the Bay Area

* Train new recruits on their post orders and company standards

* Provide support in the event of an emergency or alarm

* Provide excellent customer service by utilizing effective communication skills to address complex service issues and to create beneficial customer relations.

Skills:

* Ability to evaluate and deescalate conflicts/arguments

* Ability to work either alone, unsupervised or with a team

* Accurate and detailed report writing

* Effectively operate communications equipment and smartphone technology

* Familiarity with various patrolling and monitoring techniques

* Incredible attention to detail

* Interact and communicate effectively

Education:

* CA BSIS Guard Registration

* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; or higher education (preferred)

Other requirements:

* Clean DMV Driving Record

* Valid CA Driver License

* Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, indoor and outdoor, under various Environmental conditions

* Pass pre-employment drug screening and clear background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
