Our company is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our crew members adhere to all safety standards at all times. Will motivate and develop installation teams into the professional company representatives we expect. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, as well as a desire to lead individuals and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Will use their experience in construction trades to be able to apply the right employees to the right "job of the day". Every day is something new so being adaptable and using their problem-solving skills is crucial.
