Field Supervisor Tank Cleaning
Job description

We are leaders in each of our respective service lines, including Vapor Control, Chemical Cleaning, Tank Cleaning, Water Treatment, Vacuum Services, Hydroblasting, Hydroexcavation, and Industrial Logistics & Transportation.
Duties
1. Provides first line supervision, coordination and continuity to the assigned crew, and necessary communication with Project Manager and Area Management.
2. Performs Hazard Recognition Awareness to remove all hazards from the workplace.
3. Supervises the assigned personnel, equipment, material and subcontractors for the assigned work.
4. Maintains the project work-site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA, OSHA and local requirements.
5. Supervise assigned Evergreen personnel and subcontractors.
6. Initiate corrective action for unsatisfactory performance in accordance with company regulations.
7. Ensure equipment is received and maintained in good working condition throughout the job. Report all deficiencies as they arise to Project Manager and/or Area Management.
8. Initiate corrective action for any unsafe or environmentally unsound condition.
9. Provide complete and accurate Job Service Tickets and/or Job Logs to required Evergreen managers/salesman, as required.
10. Carryout all company policies.
11. Maintain working knowledge of current, applicable regulations.
12. Ability to set up a Tank Cleaning job site including the interconnection of all equipment.
13. Ability to carry out field repairs on all operating equipment.
14. Ability to pressure test Tank Cleaning System prior to system start up.
15. Ability to operate Robotic Manway Cannon and troubleshoot.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
