Immediate need for a File Scan Clerk + $500 signing Bonus!

SALARY: $12.00 -13.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm and mandatory overtime during month end processing

Overview:

We are expanding our file scan team! You will be responsible for security of all files and maintain all record keeping files for Mid-Atlantic.

The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of document scanning, data entry, and production. Must be proficient in key boarding, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to prepare alphabetical orders and collate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify scanned documents were received into the system accurately
• Put deals together (in order) to create file for folders
• Create all labels for files
• Box deals after complete with scanning
• File all correspondence that is received
• Pull files, create out cards, and give it to person who requested, and file appropriately when returned
• Responsible for all retention of files, including boxing up, storing and organizing
