We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to join our finance team as a Trade Promotion Management Analyst. The opportunity will be located at our offices in West Chester, OH and report directly to the Financial Planning Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of TPM tool and promotion analysis.
• Responsible for maintenance and administration of Trade Promotion system including weekly file entry from Nav to TPM, new customer entries, new item hierarchy naming/ assignment, promotion spending guardrails, chain name management, creation of fiscal/ calendar years within TPM.
• Analyze and validate data in promotion forms.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reporting packages for key stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales Department to develop and provide internal customer analysis and trends as related to promotions.
• Manage Approval/ Rejection process of promotions with sales team to ensure promotions flow through the system to be utilized for deduction management.
• Apply corporate financial policies and instructions to TPM tool and report potential issues or inadequate/dated policies.
• Collaborate with Deductions Reconciler to assist in reconciling deductions to correct promotions when questions arise.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools to include Outlook, Work, Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Hands-on self-starter capable of excelling in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
