• As the Financial Analyst II, we need someone who is ready to provide reporting and financial analysis support to the DAL and AO SBU’s.
• This includes both recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis primarily related to field sales commissions and customer rebates.

• Provides reporting and financial analysis support to the specified department.
• This includes both recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis primarily related to field sales commissions and customer rebates.

• Monitors account activity to determine required expense reclasses.
• Prepares monthly reports as required.
• Prepares and publishes several financial analysis reports such as overtime and productivity.
• Analyzes and reports on various expense activity.
• Prepares monthly analysis for various P&L statements.
• Provides input to budgets and period forecasts related to assigned areas as requested.
• Prepares ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
• Assists in the monthly/quarterly calculation of commissions and/or bonuses.
• Assists in the calculation and accrual of customer rebates.
• Assists in monthly financial close as needed.
• Participates in the annual plan preparation.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced degree or professional certification a plus but not required.
• 2+ years’ experience in accounting or finance related position.

• Strong to advanced Access and Excel skills.
• Ability to manage and complete multiple projects on schedule with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with peers and workers in many areas outside Finance.
• Must be willing to complete both recurring monthly reporting and ad hoc projects.
• Practical knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and Sarbanes-Oxley.
