We're seeking a full-time Financial Analyst in our Philadelphia headquarters to support the Asset Management team in identifying opportunities within the portfolio and tracking performance.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling
• Current portfolio analysis and reporting
• Analyze and evaluate rent rolls and operating statements of properties
• Prepare cash flow analyses
• Collect data to track progress of the value add program
• Conduct market/sub-market research
• Internal database tracking
• Assist in preparing investment memos/presentations
• Aid in the preparation of biannual portfolio review meetings
• Assist in preparing for quarterly earnings calls and board meetings
• Prepare monthly and quarterly investor and board presentations
• Assist in acquisition due diligence
• Support in closings of acquisitions/dispositions

Requirements:

• 0-3 years experience in financial modeling or in Commercial Real Estate/Finance/Accounting Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or Accounting
• Resourceful with an aptitude for learning new things quickly
• Experience with Entrata and LRO a plus
• Ability to travel
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to deadlines
• Focused on accuracy and detail oriented
• Ability to compile market research data and maintain database of information using both public and subscription data sources (CoStar, REIS, Yardi, etc.)
