Top rated specialty medical group in Laguna Hills, CA has an immediate opening for an Financial Coordinator. Position is working both administrative and clinical in a Fertility/ OBGYN Medical Group.
Location: Laguna Hills
Pay: $23-$25 p/hour

Days: Monday- Friday
Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle new patient consultation
- Communicate with patients and doctors on a daily basis via phone and email
- Coordinate all testing and patient treatment plans
- Coordinate patients on IVF procedure and treatment protocols
- Communicate with medical doctor on any patient consultation
- Maintain patient chart information
- Provide financial consultation
- Ensure patient records are up-to-date
- Prepare calendar/schedules for patients as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Other duties may be assigned
