FP&A ANALYST
WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE:

Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for the various data-driven systems and translate business needs into specific analyses with actionable insights

Lead real-time financial performance monitoring by creating and reviewing KPI trends and performance, highlight key insights and strategize on opportunities to improve business outcomes

Build and design effective organizational dashboards and analytical reports using the various visualization and reporting tools to keep operations teams informed and aware of operational performance

Partner and collaborate cross functionally to design and deliver dynamic reporting solutions with a proactive and consultative approach with asking strategic data questions

Effectively communicate and present findings and results of analyses to leadership across the organization

Own the maintenance and modernization of the data warehouse and related tools; manage ongoing system integration projects
-
Identify data integrity issues by conducting data cleaning, auditing, and validation and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve variances and ensure the right data is used for the business needs

Support all finance-related analysis, development of ad-hoc models as requested and support the company’s planning and budgeting processes

Continuous seek ways to improve and provide better data and analysis of the business and advocate for a data driven environment and apply best practices in reporting and analytics

Produce ad hoc analysis, financial modeling, and involvement in key projects and initiatives
-
Other projects or duties as assigned
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

Fully understand and embody PLANTA’s can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Math or related quantitative field

2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting
-
Proactive self-starter with passion to drive efficiency through technology and process improvement
-
Experience in Business Intelligence software preferred

Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
-
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets required

Ability to translate analysis into insights and findings and storytelling-style presentations
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize and effectively multitask
- Results-oriented and impeccably organized
