Job description

Full Time Professional Receptionist (35 hrs./week) to join our team.

Duties would include but are not limited to the following:

*Meeting & greeting clients, answering a multi-phone line system, taking messages, scheduling meetings, sending & receiving emails, entering information into software programs, posting on social media, and other administrative tasks.

Candidate MUST:

* Be reliable, dependable and on time

* Communicate effectively both verbally and written

* Be a team player and have a positive attitude

* Be friendly and outgoing

* Posses strong customer service skills

* Be able to multitask

* Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

* Experience with multi line phone equipment

* Experienced with general office equipment: copy machine, computers, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
