Job Description: Fitness Equipment Advisor

Full-Time, showroom based fitness equipment sales advisor in Burlington, MA

Do you have experience in the fitness industry? Do you value being able to help residential customers find the right fitness equipment solutions to reach their fitness goals? We are looking for the right candidate to help our business create a premium customer experience for our fitness-minded residential customers.
What You Will Be Doing

• Digital prospecting to set appointments in the showroom

• Working our sales process for clients and visitors who visit the showroom

• Consulting and preparing customized fitness equipment packages and room designs for our high-end residential customers.

• Visiting client homes to get measurements and prepare floor plans and design consults

• Maintaining a high-level of sales activity throughout the week

• Hitting a sales goal consistently

• Being a productive member of the ConnectFit family

• Create a premium experience using tools like video emails, zoom meetings, showroom visits, phone calls, and many other methods of connecting with clients in the post-COVID era.

What You Need For This Position*

• 3+ years sales experience is preferred

• Passion for fitness is preferred

• Experience with HubSpot CRM is desirable

• HubSpot Inbound Marketing and/or COS HubL Design certifications

• Confidence to find new ways to connect with clients and prospects

• Patient, kind-hearted, and consultative approach to working with clients who are coming to you with fitness goals they would like help to achieve.

• Excellent communication skills

• Close attention to detail

What’s In It For You

• Compensation: Ideal candidates can expect to earn $55,000 - $100,000 in total compensation consisting of base salary, commissions, and performance incentives.

• Full-time position (part time available for the right candidate)
