HOTWORX a 24-hour Infrared Fitness Studio, is looking for ambitious and motivated fitness sales associates to join our team! This is YOUR opportunity to be part of this groundbreaking, innovative fitness concept right here in Pensacola! This unique Fitness Studio offers workouts that combines Heat, Infrared Energy & Exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up and torch calories! Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga to HOT Cycle, and more! Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members more workout in less time!

Our workouts were created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the Infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.

Our patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise - what we like to call “3D Training” – and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available! Come be a part of our team to help bring this fitness regime to Pensacola!

Fitness Sales Associate Mission: To provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base and focus on the retention of current members.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and promote in order to sell new memberships
• Maintain member relationships, ensuring all members feel special and are motivated for their workouts
• Assist members during their visits by greeting, answering questions, and providing instruction where required
• Social media posting and marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Sell retail and products to members
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Proficient computer and technology abilities
• Coachable and dependable
• Goal Driven & eager to exceed sales quotas
• Outgoing Personality
• 3 References required

In Studio Work Hours: Hours vary week to week. Studio staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 11am-4pm, Closed Sundays. There will often be promotional events outside the studio. Approximately 20-25 hours per week unless otherwise noted by management.

Base wage starts at $12 per hour + bonuses and commission which should be substantial and are based on performance. Benefits are not available at this time.
