The Flag Football Coach/Instructor will assist in providing expert instruction in our Flag Football Programs. The Instructor should be an expert on the game rules for each age/grade division, provided by i9 Sports. The Instructor will bring positive energy to the field to help ensure everyone is having a great i9 Sports Experience! The Instructor will need to be able to manage his/her field to ensure practices and games are started on time and run to the i9 Sports standard. In "league play" the Instructor will play a support role to our volunteer coaches. In "instructional programs" the Instructor will lead practices. The instructors officiate games each week.

The ideal candidate will have a football back in playing or coaching for 7+ years. A background working with children as young as age 4 is a plus! Must be a highly motivated SELF-STARTER with HIGH ENERGY that has the ability to motivate and lead others. Must ENJOY working with children and have the ability to teach basic fundamentals in a manner that's fun and encouraging to our players. Patience is important when working with the younger kids.

This is a great opportunity for current and former athletes at any level. Ideal for college students that enjoy sports and being active with young children.

95% of the working hours are on Sundays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
