Flex Driver needed for Specialty Coffee Distribution company. Starting wage is $22 to $25 per hour based on experience. Full time workers are eligible for health benefits and paid time off in their first year. Employees will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, and iPad. Candidates can elect to use their phone instead of an IPAD, they will receive a $40 dollar / month phone stipend.

Start Date: ASAP

Route: The Flex Driver route is responsible for resupplying our regional depots in Fort Collins and Colorado Springs. Additionally, this role is responsible for conducting deliveries and providing coverage for other routes in the region when needed.

Shift - This shift starts at 3:30am on the days we need to resupply our depots and 5:00am on all the other days.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Flex Driver role is responsible for resupplying our regional depots with inventory, conducting deliveries, and providing coverage on other routes when necessary. As a Direct Store Distribution company, we are responsible for delivering and merchandising orders to all grocery store customers.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

● Possess a valid driver’s license

● Safe driving record

● High School diploma, GED, or Military Service

● Ability to lift 60 lbs.

● Excellent organizational skills

● Strong attention to detail

● Retail and merchandising skills
