Family owned property management company is accepting resumes for a Floating Maintenance Technician. If you have a strong work ethic, and are a self-starter, looking to make a difference and help our company grow, then you need to apply.
We are currently seeking to employ a Floating Maintenance Technician for our Central, PA property locations. This position will float between properties as needed.
$1000 SIGN-ON BONUS

The duties and responsibilities for the Floating Maintenance Technician are:
- To assist in apartment turnovers at various Westover properties.
- To perform routine and preventative maintenance to include but, not limited to electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, drywall repair.
- To adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain curb appeal of the property by keeping grounds free of debris and trash.
- Run work orders as needed.
- Be on call, not on a set schedule but as a fill in (vacations, illness).
- Take direction from the Floating Crew Supervisor.
- This position can lead to a permanent position at a property.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Must be reliable, professional and organized
- Must have own tools
- Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation.
