Floor Manager/Closer

Expectations:
- Previous Dealership Sales or Management Experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Recruit, train, manage and direct the Dealership Sales Team.
- Paying close attention to daily operations while helping to maintain the processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assists Sales Staff working deals and talking to customers to help make more deals.
- Supervises and Manages sales team to ensure and verify they are prospecting and networking on a daily basis to solicit new customers
- Reviews, manages and updates customer database as required for the sales team
- Strictly adheres to and enforces company policies, processes, procedures, and core values Job
Additional Requirement:
- Familiarity with RouteOne is a plus!
- Ability to handle used car dealership operations.
- Knowledge and familiarity VAuto is a plus!
- Experience using CRM's and other dealership systems.
