Job Responsibilities

The Floor Manager / Supervisor position is responsible for supporting management in overseeing employees, dining and take out operations of the restaurant. The Floor Manager / Supervisor is required to maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety; ensure efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant; and manage the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

The Floor Manager / Supervisor is responsible for providing high-quality restaurant service, as well as overseeing the performance of the restaurant’s employees and opening/closing procedures. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: enforcing health and safety policies and procedures, guaranteeing cleanliness, and ensuring guests are fully satisfied with their dining experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as Restaurant Floor Manager / Supervisor or Hospitality Manager / Supervisor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
  • Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and delivery apps
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding mentoring/leadership skills
  • Open availability (with the ability to work long hours)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
