We aim to create an atmosphere that welcomes everyone in a neighborly fashion, providing excellent service, crushable drinks and coveted food. Role

As a server with Neighbors, you will be setting the tone of the restaurant with friendly and approachable service while delivering food items for the customers accurately. You will be responsible to maintain a positive tone with the customers and build a rapport with the customer to ensure the best experience possible. You should have knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations based on the conversations with the customers. You will be responsible to help the servers bus tables, maintain the server alley, and help maintain the flow of the restaurant

Role Responsibilities

  Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Be self-starting and perform high-quality work without constant supervision
• Create and maintain a team-oriented environment
• Understand the food menu and know how the items should look when plated
• Understand and operate through the dining room floor and the kitchen/expo area

Job Qualifications

• 
  Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
