Seven Mile Café is searching for a Food Runner for our restaurant!

We are an innovative AM eatery specializing in top-notch service and amazing menu items. We feature a full espresso bar with awesome morning coffee and alcohol options, plus a pet-friendly outdoor patio! Most of the menu is made from scratch and offers a unique twist on the classics. We go to great lengths to offer numerous options for guests that are vegan or gluten sensitive. We are looking for talented individuals who take pride in their work and have a positive attitude. JOB DESCRIPTION

This position impacts the company by supporting a team, creating great guest experiences, ensuring correct food is plated, garnished, and served.

YOU WILL:

• Create a sense of community with guests.

• Garnish plates (sauces, butter, etc.) based on food orders.

• Ensure the correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to the guest/table.

• Make sure the guest has proper utensils, sauces, etc. to ensure a great service experience.

• Prep for next-day service by filling salt/pepper shakers, filling condiments, etc.

• Develop strong working relationships within the team.

WE SEEK:

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

• Must possess proper food handler certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
