The Lancaster Country club is a private club located on over 400 acres in South Central Pennsylvania. Established in 1900, Lancaster Country Club is one of the oldest clubs in Pennsylvania and has continued its rich history and tradition for over 100 years. The club is member-owned, governed by an elected Board of Governor's and is managed by our professional staff.

We are looking for some Food Runners (must be at least 16) to join our team at the Lancaster Country Club! As a Food Runner, you will oversee the delivery of food from our kitchen to the appropriate dining areas. Looking to hire those that can work day-time and evening/weekend shifts for a part-time position. The pay is $10 an hour WITH tips included.

Country Club Food Runner daily tasks will include:

• Knowledge of all dishes on the menu
• Executes quality food delivery to guests in a timely fashion to ensure that the whole table receives their food at the same time and while food is at proper temperature.
• Assembles food on tray; making sure the entrée looks presentable
• Serves meal; removes soiled dishes if necessary, places dishes by courses in front of each person, serves from left of the person and uses seat numbers to ensure we are not auctioning off food.
• Keeps dish station clean and tidy.
• Removes dirty dishes and trays off dining room floor and clears them at the dish station; sorting glasses, dishes, and silverware properly
• Keeps work area clean at all times; ensuring that health code violations are not being broken

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to carry full trays (upwards of 30 lbs)
• Hard-working
• Performs well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
