Contract Period: Academic-year position, part-time, non-exempt
Qualifications: No previous experience necessary
OBJECTIVE: To prepare and serve the highest quality of food to students in a clean and safe environment.
DUTIES: Clean, sterilize and store all washable food service equipment. Wash, air-dry and stack serving trays. Assist cooks and servers whenever possible. Maintain a clean and neat work area; free from hazards. Wash and sanitize tables. Maintain dishwasher at all times and report any leaks, temperature problems or other concerns to the Kitchen Manager. Restock items as needed. Use safety features required by the equipment manufacturers and those added by Food Services Director. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Services Director.
