Trinity Building and Designs a division of Douglas Brooke Legacy is a flourishing organization in the fast-paced construction industry based in Cape Coral, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team!
The Plumbing Foreman will manage all aspects of Commercial Plumbing Installation for Trinity Building and Designs a division of Douglas Brooke Legacy according to specifications and plumbing codes. Coordination of daily job site activities and supervising manpower.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assesses equipment, materials, and labor needed to complete plumbing projects.
- Supervise plumbing crew in safe installation practices and assurance of quality control.
- Coordinate with General Contractor to ensure all field activities follow job site schedules.
- Complete and maintain proper job site logs including tools and equipment.
- Monitor labor reporting and job cost reviews.
- Conducts weekly job site safety meetings.
Qualification/Requirements:
- 30-hour OSHA certification and training will be provided if needed.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supervising commercial plumbing crews.
- Strong knowledge of state and local plumbing codes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- A clean driving record is a must.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work well and communicate with others.
- Must own personal tools of the trade.
$2,000 sign-on bonus available.
Pay: $30- $35
