Job Details for Mid-Shift Forklift & Stand Up Reach Operator:

• Schedule: Monday- Friday
• 1st Shift: 11:00AM-7:30PM
• Pay Rate: $19- $20 per hour
• Cross-training opportunities
• Temp, Temp to Hire

Job Requirements for Mid-Shift Forklift & Stand Up Reach Operator:

• Warehouse associates must be able to stand or move continuously for duration of shift.
• Willing to band products with shrink wrap, nylon straps and metal bands.
• Can lift, stack, or move product in a warehouse environment up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable being cross trained, previous reach truck/ forklift experience REQUIRED

Job Responsibilities for Mid-Shift Forklift & Stand Up Reach Operator:

• Assists warehouse manager with development, implementation and maintenance of policies, metrics and procedures; ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by warehouse team
• Leads by example and trains, motivates, coaches, rewards, and disciplines crew
• Reviews, prioritizes, and organizes all outgoing orders.
• Managing multiple Rubicon reports to ensure inventory integrity and order fulfillment.
