About us

Overland Metals is a growing metals products manufacturing operation specializing in the manufacture of medical devices using casting, die casting, finishing and assembly.

Our company is seeking a foundry supervisor who will manage all aspects of the production process. This person reports to the President of the company and supervises up to ten union emplyees.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees.
• Train and develop employees.
• Manage the foundry operations.
• Manage product assembly.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Manage employees on shifts other than his/her own.
• Deal with employee personnel issues, including hiring, firing and discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
