Franchise Growth Specialist

Job Purpose

The Franchise Growth Specialist ensures Crumbl's brand and excelled growth is adhered to by working closely with Franchise Partners to monitor and implement Crumbl's contracted timeline requirements to open each secured location.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor Franchise Partner's contracted timelines
  • Proactively monitor Franchise Partner's contracted timelines, grouping stores into buckets 1, 2, and 3
  • Discovers and documents \why\ stores are in buckets 1, 2, and 3
  • Communicate timelines via email and phone calls with Franchise Partners
  • Work with Area Developers, Growth & Approvals team, and Onboarding Coaches to help franchise partner maintain timelines
  • Understand \why\ stores are struggling to stay on track & problem solve process improvements
  • Communicate timelines via email and phone calls with Area Developers, Onboarding Coaches, and Franchise Partners
  • Problem solve process improvements and look for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Attend daily meetings and assist Growth team with various tasks
  • Organize weekly reports to Director of Approvals

Qualifications

  • Previous office management skills preferred
  • Understanding of basic computer softwares (Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Ability to learn new project management softwares
  • Hardworking and passionate about Crumbl's success
  • High level of accountability, self-awareness and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal, with ability to have crucial conversations with others
  • Highly effective project management skills: attentive to all details, organized, and manages time well
  • High level of self motivation: results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced culture
  • Ability to work with data and analyze trends

Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and Crumbl specific technology.

Physical Requirements

While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, see and hear. This role has a high level of computer work so the individual will be exposed to a large amount of screen time and typing. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time, however a standing desk is available.
