- Ensures all pallets are wrapped and labeled properly.
- Accurately loads orders onto tractor trailers prior to each route’s start time.
- Complies with company guidelines and procedures relating to loading methods and weight distribution.
- Responsible for operating all equipment in a safe manner and reporting any unsafe acts.
- Assists in the orderly maintenance and general housekeeping of the shipping area.
- Meets and maintains company standards when loading or selecting.
- Maintains the highest level of attendance.
- Always reports to work in uniform.
- Maintains proper and safe lifting techniques.
- Follow all company food safety practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to pass a Power Industrial Truck (PIT) onsite training course.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Understanding of company handbook.
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Willing to learn new skills
Education and Experience
1+ years of experience as a full-time warehouse loader
1 year of Freezer/Cooler warehouse selecting experience
