Title: Freight and Logistics Representative

Location: Kent, WA

Type: Full-Time/Hourly/ Non-Exempt

bidadoo auctions is a rapidly growing eCommerce company for high-value assets; and the largest business and industrial online auction and remarketing company on the world’s largest online marketplace.

bidadoo has a new opening for a Freight / Logistics and Customer Success Representative in support of our eCommerce marketplace for high-value and industrial assets. In this role you will work with new and existing commercial and government accounts, building long term customer relationships, as well as working with our active online eCommerce industrial buyers. You will support our online auctions, sales, and remarketing services with world class customer services.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide Customer Service via Phone and email to both auction Buyers and Sellers for large, high-value assets and industrial equipment (ie: tractors, trucks, bulldozers, etc.)
• Arrange and support freight and logistics services for eCommerce customers before and after the weekly auction closes.
• Provide shipping and freight quotes, proposals, and services options in writing and via phone conversations.
• Establish relationships with clients and maintain on-going good communications to exceed customer expectations

Background and Qualifications include:

• 1+ years of call center customer service or sales support experience
• 1+ year of experience working with MSFT Outlook and multi-line phone systems.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experienced with de-escalation conversations
• Be process oriented with ability to define and continually refine best practices and processes
